Executive Vice President
Carrie Stempin, a member of Materialogic’s executive board, is the company's visionary, imagining the future of business, then setting appropriate goals to ensure the entire company is working in the same direction towards success. Day to day, Carrie oversees the Sales, Client Operations, and Solutions Leadership teams, manages new client contracts, and reviews the operations budget, all with the goal of making sure every team has the resources, training, and staff they need to carry out their mission. Carrie believes in leading by example—being a good communicator, empathetic listener, and fearless decision maker are all crucial qualities she brings to her role. Materialogic’s business model has created the unique position of being a strategic and intimate partner with their clients, which is both a tremendous opportunity and responsibility. Carrie says, “We view ourselves as an extension of our client’s business; therefore, we are passionate about caring as much about their business and customers as they do.” Carrie understands that caring about people is as important as caring about results.
Carrie has over two decades of service at Materialogic on top of another decade in the inventory and fulfillment industry. Her entire career is built on understanding the industry, anticipating and adapting to challenging circumstances, such as the recent pandemic, and improving as a leader every day. Under Carrie’s leadership, none of Materialogic’s clients suffered a fulfilment shutdown during one of the most challenging times in recent U.S. history.
Carrie is a life-long resident of St. Louis, and lives here with her husband, two daughters and beloved Boxers. Relaxing at home with her family, books, music, and friends gathered around is what refreshes her; however, she will never turn down a girls’ night out. Carrie is also an aficionado of St. Louis culture and loves to explore all the music, food, art, sports, and nature that St. Louis has to offer.

Chief Financial Officer
Mark Muenks serves as Materialogic’s CFO and sits on the executive board. Mark provides strategic financial oversight, managing all aspects of the company’s planning and budgeting process, financial reporting, interpreting and analyzing information regarding financial performance, and providing important insight into the setting of future business goals. Mark advises the Leadership Team and strives to contribute to the special spirit of camaraderie that exists at Materialogic. Mark’s curious and intuitive personality enhances his ability to provide guidance on the best ways to financially support the company’s success.
Mark has served as CFO at Materialogic for over twenty-five years, but his roots go even deeper. After Mark finished his degree and was working in management, it was Ms. Darling who invited Mark to join the company, and he’s been in his current role ever since. Mark says, “I believe it is important to provide an excellent level of service, whether I am serving a client or supporting a fellow employee. I believe that good relationships are vital in business.”
Mark lives in St. Louis with his wife, three sons and daughter. In addition to family time, Mark loves golfing, taking care of his home, and working on classic cars.
