Schedule a Delivery to Materialogic
Please follow the guidelines below to help us provide expedited service levels for your receiving needs. For any shipment of one or more pallets, a delivery appointment must be scheduled.
Receiving Guidelines
Create Purchase Order
First, Create a Purchase Order (ASN)
Before you ship, the first thing to do is create a purchase order, or ASN (advanced shipping notification). Click the button below to create a purchase order.
Then, you’ll need to properly label and package the pallets, cases, and units in your shipment and ensure that it includes an accurate packing list and Bill of Lading.
It’s critical that the product and product counts in Receiving match those listed on your ASN.
The Checklist
Shipping to Materialogic
- Create a purchase order (ASN).
- Ensure a packing list and Bill of Lading are included.
- Properly label and package pallets, cases, and units.
- Product and product counts in Receiving must match those listed on the ASN.
- Schedule a delivery appointment for any shipment of one or more pallets.
* For container shipments, appointments must be scheduled at least 5 business days in advance.
** For LTL/truck shipments, appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

RECEIVING HOURS OF OPERATION:
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm CST (Scheduled)
- Deliveries during off-hours must be coordinated directly through the Warehouse Manager.
MATERIALOGIC HOLIDAY SCHEDULE (CLOSED FOR BUSINESS):
- Good Friday (3/29/24)
- Memorial Day (05/27/2024)
- 4th of July (07/04/2024)
- Labor Day (09/02/2024)
- Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday) (11/28/2024-11/29/2024)
- Christmas Eve (12/24/2024)
- Christmas (12/25/2024)
- New Years Day (1/2/2025)
DELIVERY APPOINTMENT INFORMATION:
Delivery appointments are required for all containers and/or shipments with 1 or more skids.If all required information is not available at the time of scheduling an appointment, a delivery appointment will not be scheduled. Materialogic requires the following information via telephone call to schedule a receiving appointment:
- Carrier name
- Pallet count and carton count
- Purchase Order number
- Shipper’s Name
- Trailer number, Tracking number, container number and/or Pro number
- Person’s name and telephone number who is requesting appointment
Appointment scheduling timing:
- Containers – must be made 5 business days in advance
- LTL/Truck – must be made 24 hours in advance
