In fact many clients have chosen to adopt the INFOplus platform in place of off the shelf products or large scale ERPs, avoiding the time and expense of extensive programming and long, drawn out implementations.
Technology Overview
INFOplus has modules for purchasing, fulfillment order processing, inventory management, warehousing, distribution and financial
functions. The system is constructed on IBM's latest version of the INFORMIX database application software, operating on HP's HPUX operating system,
and utilizes state of the art Cisco redundant network architecture. Continuous monitoring services provide real-time analyses for load balancing and speed optimization.
We are compliant with the latest credit card industry security provisions. Our onsite System Administrators, Network Administrators, Database Administrators,
Security Officers and Software Development experts manage this infrastructure.
Our customers can access the system online at any time from remote locations, providing complete visibility to their supply chain management process and up-to-the-minute information. Daily management by exception reporting identifies in real-time the most critical items that require action, and continuously monitors the performance of all users and vendors.

Our in-house staff can provide custom programming for stand-alone or integrated solutions, web page design and construction, and can assist in development collaboration. INFOplus' open architecture allows integration with some of the most powerful ERP, CRM, and eCommerce systems available in the marketplace today. These integrations have been accomplished using EDI, sFTP services and HTML, XML, or SOAP transaction postings.

Business Continuity
Our computing technology resides in our multimillion-dollar Tier II (Uptime Institute) datacenter that is protected from physical and electronic intrusion by unauthorized sources. Our data center was built to satisfy the requirements of Financial Services, arguably the strictest of any industry. Communication with each warehouse facility is accomplished using redundant data lines. Our primary datacenter is further supported by our Hot Disaster Recovery (DR) facility, and both are equipped with redundant power and communication lines. We have chosen to make this investment to give our clients, both big and small, a high degree of confidence that the systems we make available are superior in every way.
