INFOplus is constructed on IBM's latest version of the INFORMIX database application software, operating on HP's HPUX operating system, and utilizes a state of the art Cisco redundant network architecture. Continuous monitoring services provide real-time analyses for load balancing and speed optimization. We are compliant with the latest credit card industry security provisions. Our onsite System Administrators, Network Administrators, Database Administrators, Security Officers and Software Development experts manage this infrastructure.

Our computing technology resides in our multi million-dollar Tier II (Uptime Institute) datacenter that is protected from physical and electronic intrusion by unauthorized sources. Communication with each warehouse facility is accomplished using redundant data lines. Our primary datacenter is further supported by our Hot Disaster Recovery (DR) facility, both equipped with redundant power and communication lines. We have chosen to make this investment to give our clients, both big and small, a high degree of confidence that the systems we make available are superior in every way.
