As a valued customer of Materialogic, protecting your privacy is important to the management and employees of this company. Materialogic wants you to understand what information Materialogic collects and how it is used. What Information Materialogic Collects

Materialogic may disclose nonpublic personal information about you to third parties to: (1) comply with legal or government requirements or a good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary; (2) assist in servicing your account; (3) protect Materialogic’s users or the public; (4) protect and defend property or rights of Materialogic and its partners, subsidiaries and affiliates; or (5) in connection with a proposed or actual sale, merger, business combination or transfer of all or a portion of Materialogic or a business or operating unit thereof. In case that Materialogic discloses information to companies that perform services on its behalf, these companies are prohibited from using that information to market any other products and services to you. Information to these companies is protected by strict confidentiality agreements. Materialogic may also disclose some of the contact information it collects to the inventory owner only when it is related to the normal conduct of business.

In addition to providing the foregoing information to Materialogic, if you choose to correspond with Materialogic through email, Materialogic may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and associated responses. Materialogic provides the same protections for these electronic communications that it employs in the maintenance of information received and maintained for you in its accounts.
